Become comfortable enough with the shell to run lab commands intentionally.

Do this in order
- Open PowerShell in the project folder.
- List files and move between folders.
- Create and remove one harmless test folder.
- Reopen PowerShell and return to the project without browsing.

Stop / boundary
Stop at governance/data-management working depth; do not expand into DBA or engineering specialization.
