When / purpose
Remove basic environment confusion before databases and scripts.

- Where raw, generated and evidence files belong.

Do this in order
- Create the local
meridian-cdmp-labfolder structure from the Environment Blueprint. - Navigate to it in File Explorer and PowerShell.
- Explain the difference between source-data and generated-output folders.
- Create a README placeholder.
Meridian application
Use Meridian synthetic data and the local lab environment only when the card calls for practice.
Create / save
Local project skeleton + path notes.
Stop / boundary
Stop at governance/data-management working depth; do not expand into DBA or engineering specialization.
Completion gate
You can navigate to the project from a new terminal and explain where each file type belongs.
