📊 Current tracker architecture

The live CDMP Applied Lab & Technology Mastery Tracker has been translated into the GitHub Tracker Mirror. Current source tabs are:

Execution order does not live in the tracker. The current 00C system controls sequence. The tracker records competency, evidence, decisions, defects, datasets, software, capstones, and sources.

Snapshot rule

The GitHub mirror is readable/searchable but is not automatic two-way sync. The Google Sheet remains the current mutable register authority until explicitly changed. When its values change, refresh the corresponding GitHub mirror page from the Sheet rather than inferring status from repository activity.

🗄️ Current version-controlled evidence workspace

Current repository evidence folder: 📁 /evidence/chapter-01 on GitHub

That is the only chapter-specific GitHub evidence workspace that should exist at this stage.

Do not pre-create Chapter 2–17 evidence folders merely to complete a directory pattern. Create each only when that chapter is intentionally built and you begin producing evidence for it.

✅ Evidence rule

Every completed lab should make three things inspectable:

  1. 📥 What existed before?
  2. 🛠️ What did you do or decide?
  3. 📈 What changed or what did you learn?

A screenshot alone is usually weak evidence. Prefer rerunnable logic, structured artifacts, before/after results, decisions, and interpretation.
