Sequence 018 — Scenario Lab - apply Chapter 1 reasoning

Stage: Scenario / Application
Source: CDMP Master Execution Manual — Chapter 1

When / purpose

Use Chapter 1 concepts in decisions where several answers may sound reasonable.

What you should learn

  • Identify the real issue before choosing an action.
  • Use Chapter 1 concepts as reasoning tools, not just vocabulary.
  • Compare alternatives and explain why one fits the facts better than the others.

Do this in order

  1. Open the Chapter 1 Scenario Lab.
  2. Attempt each scenario before opening its explanation or repair guidance.
  3. State the problem being tested, the Chapter 1 principle that applies, and the best response.
  4. Explain why the strongest alternative answer is still weaker.
  5. Rework missed scenarios after changing one important fact to test whether your reasoning transfers.

Evidence of completion

  • Scenario Lab attempted without answer-first reading.
  • Decisions include reasoning, not answer letters alone.
  • Missed or uncertain scenarios are recorded for repair.

Completion gate

You can solve new Chapter 1 scenarios and explain why alternatives are weaker.
