When / purpose
Use Chapter 1 concepts in decisions where several answers may sound reasonable.
What you should learn
- Identify the real issue before choosing an action.
- Use Chapter 1 concepts as reasoning tools, not just vocabulary.
- Compare alternatives and explain why one fits the facts better than the others.
Do this in order
- Open the Chapter 1 Scenario Lab.
- Attempt each scenario before opening its explanation or repair guidance.
- State the problem being tested, the Chapter 1 principle that applies, and the best response.
- Explain why the strongest alternative answer is still weaker.
- Rework missed scenarios after changing one important fact to test whether your reasoning transfers.
