The canonical control center uses the current 00A-01 Master Program Guide and 00A-02 Execution, Evidence & QC Standard and reflects the current Main 00 / 00A / 00B / 00C authority split.

• Main 00B control/ controls Meridian lab design, evidence, independence and applied-lab QC.
• Main 00C controls integrated learner sequence.
• Main 00 is navigation only.

Chapters 2–17 remain USER-DEFERRED until the user deliberately starts the relevant chapter.
