00B — Applied Lab Internal Program Control & Build Specification
This is the controlling build/QC area inside Main 00B. It is distinct from Main 00A, which governs DMBOK mastery and source fidelity.
Authority split
- Main 00A — controls DMBOK study, source fidelity, retrieval, exam preparation, and chapter mastery.
- Main 00B internal control — controls Meridian lab design, evidence, technical/independence QC, and applied-lab completion standards.
- Main 00C — controls the learner's integrated sequence across Main 00A and Main 00B.
- Main 00 — short navigation doorway only.

Working rule
A Meridian lab is not complete because a command ran or a screenshot exists. Completion requires:
DMBOK target → business situation → prerequisite gate → prediction → perform → interpret → vary/break → repair → independent rebuild → evidence → DMBOK debrief → retrieval/scenario check.
