Reconstruction key

1. Five Laws: people change; resist being changed; current state has history; change needs push; people create variation. Add Change Agent + repeated vision.

2. Bridges: Ending → Neutral Zone → New Beginning. Ending=loss/letting go; Neutral=old+new/experiment; New=roles/policies clear/new normal.

3. Kotter errors: complacency; weak coalition; weak vision; undercommunication; obstacles; no wins; early victory; not anchored in culture.

4. Kotter stages: Urgency → Coalition → Vision/Strategy → Communicate → Empower → Wins → Consolidate → Anchor. Bracket 1–4 status quo, 5–7 new practices, 8 culture.

5. Error-stage mirror: complacency/urgency; weak coalition/coalition; weak vision/vision; undercommunication/communicate; obstacles/empower; no wins/wins; early victory/consolidate; not anchored/anchor. Diagnosis and process remain separate constructs.

6. Urgency balance: too little → complacency; center → focused urgency; too much/chaotic → anxiety/firefighting/retreat.

7. Coalition: Position Power + Expertise + Credibility + Leadership → trust/common goal → organizational influence.

8. Leadership vs management: Leadership = vision/strategy/change movement; Management = plans/budgets/control/coordination. Both required.

9. Vision: imaginable + desirable + feasible + focused + flexible + communicable → Vision → clarification + motivation + alignment. Keep plan/technology separate.

10. Communication: simple + analogy/example + many forums + repetition + Walk the Talk + explain inconsistency + Give/Take → credible shared understanding.

11. Gleicher: C=(D × V × F)>R; D=leave; V=destination; F=first move; R=drag; conceptual.

12. Rogers curve: Innovators 2.5 → Early Adopters 13.5 → Early Majority 34 → Late Majority 34 → Laggards 16; mark mainstream tipping challenge.

13. Adoption stages: Knowledge → Persuasion → Decision(adopt/reject) → Implementation → Confirmation.

14. Acceptance factors: Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Trialability, Observability → accept/reject; Trial=try; Observe=see.

15. Sustain loop: renewed urgency → broad vision → coalition beyond project → visible advantage/observability → support/next improvement → renewed urgency.

16. Communication plan: Message, Goal, Audience, Style, Channel, Timing, Frequency, Materials, Communicators, Expected Response, Metrics, Budget/Resources; feed Metrics back into planning.

17. Model selector: psychological phase=Bridges; transformation failure/process=Kotter; D/V/F/R=Gleicher; adoption spread/decision=Rogers; message delivery/measurement=Communication Plan.
