Context: Chapter 12 - Metadata Management | Retrieval / Exam
Source: CDMP Master Execution Manual
When / purpose
Practice choosing between similar Chapter 12 concepts rather than merely recognizing definitions.
What you should learn
- Know what makes two concepts different.
- Know when one applies and the other does not.
- Recognize tempting but weaker answers.
- Use “change one fact” reasoning.
What to read / study
MUST: 04 Comparison and Battle Cards - Chapter 12 — must exist before this card is worked; if missing, stop and have it built from the full chapter PDF under 00A rules. Do not look at the answer before committing.
Do this in order
- For each battle card, answer before revealing the deciding distinction.
- State the deciding fact in one sentence.
- Change one fact and determine whether the answer changes.
- Record only repeated misses.
Meridian application
Where possible, substitute a Meridian fact into the comparison while preserving the same distinction.
Create / save
Comparison miss log.
Stop / boundary
If the required Battle Cards are missing, stop at this learner gate. The 00C migration does not create them.
