Build boundary
All 00A Chapter 1–17 mastery packages are now built and available. Do not interpret completed 00C manual/interface work—or 00A availability—as permission to skip Sequence prerequisites or to assume separate 00B Meridian labs, technology prerequisites, evidence workspaces, platform exercises, or other gated artifacts are complete. A card that requires a genuinely missing non-00A artifact still stops the learner until that artifact is built through the appropriate workflow.

The canonical 00C source remains authoritative for execution-card meaning and sequence. GitHub is the organized browser-native working layer; the Google execution checklist remains authoritative for learner status.
