Targeted Repair Protocol

Use this only after real retrieval or question-bank performance.

  1. Mark every blank, wrong, or slow response.
  2. Classify the miss: model confusion; success-factor confusion; stakeholder quadrant; body/interface confusion; role confusion; missed qualifier; vocabulary gap; poor elimination; or source-lookup failure.
  3. Return to the exact Chapter 16 source section and Guided Learning module. Do not reread the entire chapter when one distinction failed.
  4. Re-answer without looking and state the deciding clue aloud. The repair is not complete until you can distinguish the nearest alternative.
  5. Schedule the missed concept for mixed spaced review. Only recurring real misses become Artifact 08 material.

Useful repair prompts

  • What fact did I overlook?
  • What neighboring model/role did I confuse it with?
  • What changed fact would make my wrong answer become correct?
  • Was the problem knowledge, vocabulary, qualifier reading, or elimination?
  • Can I explain the distinction in one sentence without notes?

Source-supplied Question Bank autopsy tags are hypotheses about likely error types. Artifact 08 should reflect your observed performance, not prefilled assumptions.

Source boundary: Chapter 16, pp. 521–540.
