Respect for Persons
→ dignity + autonomy + meaningful agency
Beneficence
→ minimize harm + maximize possible benefit
Justice
→ fair and equitable treatment
Respect for Law & Public Interest
→ legal + wider public responsibility
Recognition cues: - autonomy / choice → Respect; - unnecessary invasiveness / risk-benefit → Beneficence; - disproportionate group treatment → Justice.
One dilemma can involve several principles; select the one most directly implicated by the decisive clue.

Treat these as recurring themes, not an invented sequence and not a claim that OECD/GDPR/PIPEDA/FTC are identical.
Rebuild: write all eight headings, then one “what this prevents” phrase under each: hidden reuse, overcollection, bad values, indefinite retention, unauthorized exposure, opaque practice, no owner, no correction/redress.
